1. Reasonable adjustment of crushing force

5. The nature of the material to be fed must meet the equipment requirements.
The nature of the material being crushed, such as the hardness, humidity, viscosity, composition of the material, etc., will affect the production efficiency of the cone crusher. The hardness of the material is large, the crushing strength and difficulty increase, and the production efficiency decreases; the humidity and viscosity of the material are larger, and the fine material content of the crusher discharge port is less than 10% of the crusher production capacity, and materials may appear. Bonding the inner wall of the crushing chamber or the fixed cone of the moving cone is prone to blockage.
