The sand  production line can produce raw materials with different thickness levels for merchants and companies, thus ensuring reasonable improvement of the quality and progress of all projects. However,  if it is not possible to perform the correct operation, it is difficult to play its important role.Here are 5 correct operation instructions:

 

1. Each sand making equipment must be carried out according to the design procedure of the sand making process, and started at a certain time interval. The starting sequence is opposite to the running direction of the mineral material, that is, reverse starting.

2. Each sand production line device can be started separately or in groups; it can be operated in a centralized operation in the dispatching room.

3. When the entire sand production line is stopped, the forward parking is adopted, that is, the reverse direction is reversed, that is, the same direction as the running of the mineral material.

4. When a piece of equipment on the production line is forced to stop, in order to avoid blockage, its signed sand making equipment must be stopped, and the rear equipment can continue to work.

5. Each signal indication should be specified to direct the operators of the dispersed sand making equipment.
