1. The maintenance and operation of the aluminum shredder can only be started after excellent training. The staff should fully grasp the operational knowledge, understand the principle and structure of the machine, and ensure the safety of the machine in accordance with the operating instructions.
2. Before the machine is turned on, the aluminum shredder should check whether the baffle bolts, fastening bolts and tight ring bolts of the internal and external rotating parts are loose. If so, repair immediately, and the liner bolt inside the aluminum shredder must be checked once a week.
3. The aluminum shredder should be started under the condition of empty load. The belt conveyor that is to be discharged needs to be interlocked with the plate feeder and cannot be interlocked with the aluminum shredder. If the belt conveyor fails, the plate feeder will stop immediately, and the aluminum shredder will continue to operate. The shredding work of the internal material of the standby body can be stopped.
4. The aluminum shredder should be evenly fed, and metal foreign objects should not be allowed to enter the aluminum shredder. If the starter sees the overload of the ammeter or the sound of foreign objects, stop immediately, and wait until the aluminum shredder stops completely. Remove the foreign objects, check whether the rotating parts are damaged, and continue to start the operation after confirming the normal.
