  1. The newly purchased aluminum shredder should be properly installed according to the manufacturer's requirements. After the installation is completed, each part of the equipment and the joint parts of the parts should be tested. This is one of the necessary tasks after the installation of the new machine;

  

2. After the test is completed, add the appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the bearing of the aluminum shredder and start the test machine work. When the test machine is in operation, the equipment can be idling for half an hour, and the next step is carried out without abnormality;

 

 3.Start feeding, pay attention to the feed should not exceed the rated standard when feeding, if the abnormality is found during the feeding, it should be stopped immediately;

  

4. After the test machine is completed, the feed should be stopped first to determine that there is no material in the crushing chamber of the aluminum shredder and then stop.
