Product introduction

The ceramic ball mill is a horizontal and tubular running device and has two warehouses. The mesh type of the machine and the gear along the outside. These materials spirally enter the first warehouse evenly, and the conveyor enters the material input equipment of the hollow shaft. In this warehouse, there is a ladder bottom plate or a ripple bottom plate. The bottom plate is installed on steel balls of different specifications. When the body of each barrel rotates and then centrifugal force is generated, at this time, when the steel ball reaches a certain height, it undergoes the first step of roughening. In the warehouse, the material then enters the second warehouse and then finely grinds, mainly through the steel balls and the bottom plate, and the powder is through the output materials to complete the final product.

Installation and maintenance

When installing the ceramic ball mill, the main bearing should be installed first. In order to avoid aggravating the wear of the shoulder of the hollow journal and the bearing liner, the elevation difference between the base plates of the two main bearings should not exceed 0.25 mm per meter of length.

Secondly, install the cylinder part of the ceramic ball mill. According to specific conditions, the pre-assembled simplified part can be installed directly, or it can be installed in several parts.In addition, the centerline of the journal and ceramic ball mill should be checked and adjusted. The concentric error must be less than 0.25 mm per meter.

Finally, install the transmission parts (pinion gear, uranium, coupling, reducer, motor, etc.). During the installation process, measurements and adjustments should be made in accordance with product technical standards. Check the radial deviation of the ring gear and the meshing performance of the pinion; the concentricity of the reducer and the pinion; and the concentricity of the motor and the reducer. After all the installations meet the requirements, the final pouring of the foundation bolts and the main bearing bottom plate can be carried out.
